NAME
r2ldockapp - A gnome applet to control biditext
SYNOPSIS
r2lgnomeapplet [--thin-interface|--fat-interface] [ gtk/gnome options]
DESCRIPTION
r2lgnomeapplet
is a GNOME panel applet to control the behaviour of
biditext(1).
The program shows the current status of biditext (and will update
periodically, in case another program will change the status). It also allows
the user to change the status independently.
See
r2l(1)
For better explanation on controlling biditext. See
biditext(1)
For the meaning of "base direction" and other terms.
- --thin-interface
-
start up with a more compact interface
- --fat-interface
-
The default interface
r2lgnomeapplet
Shows two buttons, the left to toggle. With
--fat-interface
the status is shown in an image below the buttons and is just like in
r2ldockapp(1)
. With
--thin-interface
the status is shown in the buttons themselves. The number in the left button
(0 or 1) indicates if biditext is on or off, and the right button is either
"__" (neutral), "->" (left to right) or "<-" (right to left)
