NAME

r2ldockapp - A WindowMaker dock applet to control biditext  

SYNOPSIS

r2ldockapp [-w|--windowed] [-h|--help] [-v|--version]

 

DESCRIPTION

r2ldockapp is a WindowMaker dock applet to control the behaviour of biditext(1). The program shows the current status of biditext (and will update periodically, in case another program will change the status). It also allows the user to change the status independently.

-w --windowed
start up "withrawn" (useful for docking in a window maker dock)

Once r2ldockapp is running it can be controlled by pressing the mouse anywhere on the window:

  Right Button
Enables biditext. Like 'r2l s enable'
  Left Button
Disables biditext. Like 'r2l s disable'
  Middle button
Changes base direction. Rotates between Neutral, RTL (Right-To-Left) and LTR (Left To Right).

The status is indicated in the appearance of window:
  Box filled with Green
Biditext is enabled
  Box crossed with a red 'X'
Biditext is disabled
  Thick line below the box
Base direction is neutral
  Arrow pointing left to the box
Base direction is LTR
  Arrow pointing right to the box
Base direction is RTL
